We work with leading parcel service providers for shipping. All transit time data is for indicative purposes only and may vary.
Every piece we deliver to you is made in very low quantities – trying to minimise waste and overproduction by not keeping large stocks. We target to dispatch your product within 2 days after accepting your order, and will notify you as soon as it has been dispatched. Should this vary, we will contact you as soon as possible.

For UK based customers we are pleased to offer free delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping for international orders.

UK: Free delivery, next working day after dispatching
Europe: £20, 3-6 working days after dispatching
US: £30, 3-6 working days after dispatching
Canada: £45, 3-7 working days after dispatching
Latin America: £50, 3-7 working days after dispatching
Middle East: £50, 3-7 working days after dispatching
Asia: £50, 3-7 working days after dispatching
Australia: £50, 3-7 working days after dispatching

LANDED COSTS, TAXES AND DUTIES
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and any delivery outside the United Kingdom could be subject to import duties and taxes; these are not included in the final cost of your online order or the shipping costs above, and will have to be covered by the customer.
If you change your mind and you wish to return an item within 14 days of when you receive the product we will provide you a refund under the conditions set forth below:
You must inform us in writing at email@example.com that you wish to return the product. We will provide you with a return address and a return number. Please ensure the return number is included in the package; returned items without a return number will not be accepted.
Items will only be refunded if they are in their original, unworn condition with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. We will inspect all items upon arrival and return them to you if they do not meet these requirements and/ or show signs of having been used.
We offer free returns on all UK orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns for international orders. Any returned items from outside the UK must be sent back to us at your own cost; for your protection we recommend you that any products returned to us can be tracked by you and are insured for their full value. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
We will notify you after the inspection is completed. The refund (after deduction of any amounts for taxes, customs and similar charges) will be usually made as soon as possible and normally within 14 days of us receiving the product from you. A credit will be applied to your original payment method; please bear in mind that refunds may take several days to appear in your bank account after we have conducted them.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if the product you received is faulty or does not match the description. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If a delivery is refused by the receiver and returned to ALEXANDRA KAISER, any duties, taxes, postage or customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund issued.
If the item you ordered has the wrong size and you would like to exchange it for another size, please return the item for refund within 14 days of delivery (under the standard return conditions explained above, see “RETURNS”) mentioning the reason for the return and place a new order with the right one. We are afraid our system does not allow us to exchange sizes directly yet and apologise for any inconveniences.
